Working in the field of Education for All, focusing on supporting local youth through interactive and participatory initiatives. As a participant you can actively participate, co-facilitate, and create workshops for language exchange and cultural exchange, enabling Armenian young people to improve their language skills, discover other cultures, and engage in meaningful intercultural dialogue.

You can also contribute to the planning and implementation of educational activities, adapting content to the needs and interests of Armanian youth. This experience allows you to develop intercultural communication, teaching, and facilitation skills, while promoting social inclusion and community engagement in Armenia.

Target Group:

Disadvantaged youth in French “Priority Neighbourhoods” or enrolled in reintegration programmes.

The project provides inclusive support through:

• Individual mentoring and monitoring, including monthly online sessions from selection to the end of mobility.
• Structured preparatory training on intercultural communication, conflict and risk management, and professional skills.
• Tailored guidance for travel, accommodation, and daily life in the host country.
• Support for self-reflection and structured self-assessment, ensuring participants develop competences and confidence at their own pace.

The project introduces several innovative practices:

• Individualized international volunteering for disadvantaged NEETs, rather than group mobility.
• Mentoring-driven learning, with structured reflection and continuous assessment integrated into mobility.
• Use of experiential intercultural learning activities (e.g., Iceberg of Culture, BARNGA game) to combine theoretical understanding with practical skills.
