Transition to accessible and inclusive learning

We are working to make mobility learning accessible for disadvantaged adult learners to create equal opportunities for everyone.

Our Objectives

Enhance participation of disadvantaged adult learners in KA1 mobility actions.

Develop and improve facilitation competences for staff in both sending and hosting organizations.

Pilot and assess inclusive mobility learning offers.

Contribute to quality assurance and networking within the sector.

Our Activities

With the collaboration of six experienced partners, we are:

  • Conducting a European-wide analysis of demands from sending and hosting organizations, as well as disadvantaged learners.

  • Developing and piloting innovative training programs for professionals.

  • Creating a platform for matching KA1 stakeholders and showcasing best practices.

  • Promoting our findings and practices on a large European scale.

Expected Results

TRAIL aims to deliver:

  • A comprehensive European survey with examples and recommendations for KA1 stakeholders.

  • A Continuous Professional Development (CPD) program involving 12 educational staff members and 15 disadvantaged learners.

  • An interactive TRAIL platform featuring virtual matching, learner experiences, and online learning areas.

  • A dedicated TRAIL network organization, to be launched at a major European conference.
