From April to July 2022 & 2023, Hors Pistes and its spanish partner la Vibria Intercultural organised a project in order to send 5 youngsters (NEETS) to Marseille for 4 months. They realized internships adapted to their capacities.

Target Groups:

The target group of Mobilicat are NEETS youngsters. In order to apply, they have to be registered as “job seekers” for more than 1 year.

Special support required:

• Preparation: 

120 hours of French lessons and group meetings to prepare for an international experience in France, provided by Vibria Intercultural. 

• Internships: 

The internships Hors Pistes found in France had to be adapted to the target group, and more especially adapted to each individual. In 2022, they completed 4-month work placements with HAS (social housing for women), the “les petits loups de Longchamp” nursery, the ARAIMC speech therapist practice, the “Collet des Comtes” educational farm, and the ASAP13 association supporting single-parent families.

• Follow-up: 

Weekly meetings with Hors Pistes in order to know if everything is going well with their placements. Also, a few online meetings with La Vibria Intercultural, the sending organization.
