The Glockenspiele or alternatively the Bell Lifters, focused on people in general who might need help to get out of their comfort zone and go on a mobility. Their main question was how to reach people who are sitting at home “under a bell” and need somebody to lift this bell and give them a hand to get started again and get involved in activities and mobilities.
